6S 18650 Battery Board - Charging, 27V boost, over current protection, under volt protection

This is the battery board that we design and build for our controllers, wireless receivers and break out boxes. Since we spent a large amount of recourses design and building it, we thought others may be interested in using it for their projects.

6× 18650 Li Ion battery board /battery holder
JEITA compliant charging profile, to maintain battery heath based on battery temp
Charge voltage Input 5V -27V
Consistent 27V output regardless of battery level (can just adjusted with swapping out a resister) via a Molex Micro Fit connector.
5v output with 1 amp max output
4 amp max constant output for hours (with full batteries)
7 amp max output for under 30+ second (with full batteries)
14 amp max peek output for ~100 ms (with full batteries)
Undervoltage protection to keep batteries for completely discharging causing damage
E-Fuse providing over current / short circuit protection
ESD protection (Electrostatic discharge)
Default charge current set to 1 amp, software adjustable up to 5 amp
2oz Copper PCB board
Weight ~4.5 oz no batteries / ~13.6 oz with 6S 18650
Size ~ 4.5” x 3.5” x 1.2”
If you have no idea about electronics or any clue about electrical engineering this is likely not the board for you. Although to get things running wouldn’t be difficult this is not plug and play consumer product.
If you choose with battery option it includes a name brands (Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, etc.) 2,500mAh - 3,000mAh depending on what is current in stock.
There was nothing else on the market, so we had to make it. The 6S Battery Board made by Dayton Audio is close but is missing a number of features ( Dayton Audio LBB-6S 25 ). Find the specs to compare the differences. Obviously that is a much better deal if you don’t need the features of this board.
